Cover Photo
Cover Photo is used for Course Details, Faculty details and Department details.
Recommended format:
- Width: At least 1440px
- Height: At least 400px
- Size: Maximum 600ko
- Accepted formats: jpeg, jpg, png, gif
Profile Photo
Cover Photo is used everytime a faculty or department profile is displayed
Recommended format:
- Width: At least 100px (Less than 300px recommended)
- Height: At least 100px (Less than 300px recommended)
- Size: Maximum 200ko
- Accepted formats: jpeg, jpg, png, gif
Gallery Photo
Gallery Photos are displayed in Course Details
Recommended format:
- Width: At least 400px
- Height: At least 200px
- Size: Maximum 400ko
- Accepted formats: jpeg, jpg, png, gif
Online Photo Editor
We will use befunky.com to edit our Photos.
Clic on Open, select Computer in the dropdown menu then select the photo you want to edit.
Make a cover photo
A cover photo will be displayed as landscape position.
First step is Crop, to give the Photo a landscape format. The Photo is still way too big so we will need to Resize it.
For the resize part, make sure the "Lock aspect ratio" checkbox is checked before changing anything. Then adjust the width of your photo, minimum 1440px but shouldn't be more than 2000px. make sure height is always more than 400px.
Final step is Save, Clic on Save > Computer. Make sure JPG format is selected and adjust the quality slider.
As you adjust the quality you will see the final size of the file.
Clic on Save to download your new Photo.
